We distribute Money and Food to the Poor and Needy in Tanzania

Zakat, a compulsory donation, helps communities and families living in poverty by easing their burdens. Along with faith (Shahada), prayer (Salat), fasting (Sawm), and pilgrimage (Hajj), Zakat is one of the Five Pillars of Islam. The Five Pillars should guide a Muslim's daily obligations as they are thought to be the core principles and practises of the Islamic faith. Muslims who spend their lives in accordance with the Five Pillars are thought to be doing the best they can for their faith, their community, and themselves. Zakat, or charity, is the purification of wealth that has been amassed. When specific requirements are completed and the donation is kept for a full Islamic year, it is known as zakat.

COZ Foundation distributes Zakat donations to the most vulnerable people, such as Tanzanian elderly people and impoverished orphan children who are in need. Your Zakat gifts will be distributed to the communities that require it most, particularly vulnerable orphans who depend on outside assistance to have secure, fulfilling childhoods. We have a 100% donation policy.
