Donate For your Zakat Al-Fitr with COZ Foundation

At the conclusion of Ramadan, Muslims are required to donate to charity to assist those in need. As long as the family has enough food or money to feed themselves, every member of the household, including any youngsters or elderly individuals, is required to pay - or have paid for them - Zakat al-Fitr. This implies that each member of each family must contribute £5 to the Zakat al-Fitr. This must be paid in full before you participate in Eid prayers, however we advise making your donation as soon as you can to allow us to distribute it on the days of Eid.

Paying Zakat al-Fitr completes your Ramadan devotion and serves as a way to atone for your fasting. It is meant to purge the fasts of harmful words or deeds that might have rendered your reward meaningless.

Your kindness today, before the Eid prayer, ensures that those in need can celebrate their Eid with a wholesome meal, as they should. Additionally, it will contribute towards your Zakat obligation, boosting your reward and purging your worship.

Give your Zakat al-Fitr (Fitrana) on Eid and provide a nourishing Eid meal for a family who is trying to feed themselves. We have a 100% donation policy.
